Business Support Executive

As a Business Support Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring calls for the business to ensure company standards are met in line with required performance indicators whilst dealing with and monitoring business complaints. You will manage system requirements, by supporting Tenant shop with missing information and administration duties.


This is a remote position working from home.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Listening to and scoring calls against Financial Conduct Authority regulatory requirements
  • Provide regular coaching/feedback to Agents/Managers and work with them to highlight any concerns with regards to call quality
  • Attend consistency/calibration sessions
  • Dealing and responding to customer complaints within 72 hours
  • Looking into billing enquires on behalf of the letting agent
  • Dealing with Inbox notifications – managing queries and replies regarding new tenancies
  • Researching gas and electric suppliers for suppliers and updating our in-house system
  • Using our online portal to download and send out insurance contracts to customers who have bought a policy through Payment shield
  • Manipulate data received to upload via our built-in importer
  • Monitor in-house system and notifications being sent
  • Monitor and reply to Trust Pilot reviews, contact customers who have as required.
