Inchora, one of the UK’s fastest growing business acceleration and growth companies, has demonstrated its commitment to Grantham by locating its first call centre on St Peter’s Hill, Grantham.

Inchora’s new call centre fulfils a significant aspect of the Inchora business model, enabling them to support their existing businesses and help them grow to reach their full potential.

The Grantham based call centre will initially house Tenant Shop, an Inchora Company since 2014, and see Tenant Shops existing 50 employees moving to the new building. Inchora is already planning to create another 100 jobs at the site over the next 12 to 18 months by accelerating the growth of their other group companies.

Tenant Shop, which has been based in Grantham for over 5 years, helps tenants and letting agents manage utilities such as gas, electricity, TV & broadband. Tenant Shop provide the best choice in the available market, saving tenants time and money using the latest technology to notify local councils, water suppliers and energy providers of new and vacating tenancies.

The Mayor of Grantham, Councillor Jacky Smith, officially opened the Grantham Call Centre at a grand opening ceremony which took place on Monday 14th September.
