25 Jun Tenant Shop hire 100th employee in Grantham office
Tenant Shop, an Inchora company, has officially hired its 100th employee at its office in Grantham.
The creation of the new role at the company that helps letting agents manage tenancies and provides products and services to landlords and tenants, signals its rapid growth and its expanding presence in the town.
Inchora made a commitment to create 100 jobs in the town. It will also shortly be opening a shop in Grantham offering energy and media comparison and set up on a face-to-face basis.
With the growth of the rental market in the UK, there has been an increased demand by landlords and tenants for services that help with the admin of switching and setting up utilities.
Steve Whatley, chief executive at Inchora, said: “This is a huge landmark for Tenant Shop which has been based in Grantham for seven years and demonstrates our commitment to providing opportunities for local people. The town centre is seeing a revival in its fortune. We’re committed to helping foster Grantham’s regeneration.”
Tenant Shop was recently crowned ‘Best in Sector – Tenant Services’ for the fifth consecutive year at the ESTAS awards. The ESTAS determines the best suppliers in the industry based purely on feedback from estate and letting agents who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received. This years’ competition saw over 45,000 surveys completed with Tenant Shop achieving excellent ratings.
